Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, refunded, or adjusted. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing or fulfillment.
- Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee
- Orders exceeding $400 CAD may incur an additional 5% fee due to non-recoverable transaction costs
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. Product-Specific Conditions
Certain products and purchase types are not eligible for refunds or cancellations:
- Discounted or promotional items: All sales are final
- Singles: Final sale, no exceptions

Pre-orders:
- Refunds to original payment method are subject to a 10% fee
- Full store credit may be issued instead of a refund
- Cancellations are not permitted during release week
- Digital products: Non-refundable once delivered
3. Returns & Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, most items are considered final sale once shipped.
Return requests may only be considered if:
- The item is incorrect
- The item arrives damaged
We do not accept returns for:
- Trading card products
- Sports cards
- Opened items
- Manufacturer-related imperfections
All requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and require prior approval.
4. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Customers must report any issue with their order within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
We may request supporting evidence before reviewing the claim.
Outer packaging wear (including dents or tears to boxes) is not considered a defect and does not qualify for compensation.
All resolutions are determined at our sole discretion.
5. Refused Deliveries & International Orders
Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and import charges.
If a shipment is refused or returned:
- Refunds are issued only after the item is received back
- Deductions may include:
- 10% processing fee
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping fees
- Customs and carrier charges
If a package is not returned (including abandonment or destruction by the carrier), no refund will be issued.
6. In-Store Pickup Orders
Pickup orders follow separate conditions:
- If the order is marked ready for pickup, refunds are issued as store credit only
- If not yet ready, refunds may be processed to the original payment method
Store credit is issued electronically and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
7. Pricing & Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased during sales or promotional periods.
8. Abuse, Fraud & Disputes
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where we suspect abuse, fraud, or policy manipulation.
This includes:
- Use of bots or automated purchasing tools
- Repeated chargebacks or disputes
- Attempts to bypass product limits
In the event of a payment dispute, we will provide all relevant documentation, including shipping and delivery confirmation.
9. General Terms
- All policies are subject to change without prior notice
- Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable
- All terms are strictly enforced without exception
